The American Rescue Plan (ARP) has authorized funding for K-12 education with Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Funds. Part of the stipulation for receiving funds, specifically ESSER III, is for schools to:
Have a COVID-19 Plan for the 2021-2022 school year in order for students to return to in-person learning.
Gather public comment.
Post the plan on the district website within 30 days of receiving funds.
